How might we redesign the SSENSE mobile app to make luxury fashion eCommerce more approachable, inclusive, and user-friendly while enabling new consumers to seamlessly discover content and shop efficiently?

Marqus Bordeaux is a senior architect who’s in search of a luxury eComm platform with an easy-to-navigate shopping experience.
As a New Yorker, he’s interested in his personal style and needs a platform that can match his busy lifestyle while providing a streamlined experience.

LEARNINGS FROM MARQUS’ JOURNEY
The paradox of choice holds true given Marqus’ experience navigating the current SSENSE mobile app.
Although the platform grants shoppers access to the world’s best established and emerging luxury brands, the app exposes consumers to far too many options per given product or content category.
This overwhelms users causing impatience and frustration as a result leading to an unsavory shopping experience.
